CONTRACTS

Our customizable contracts will improve your projects from start to finish.

Proposals

The proposal is also known as an estimate, bid or quote. It includes language to give you the flexibility to adjust the estimated price after you have completed further due diligence with your suppliers and sub-contractors and before you enter into a legally binding contract with the owner.

Owner-Contractor Agreements

This is the document to use when you are working directly for the property owner. This contract is around 6 pages in length (not including the scope of work section) and includes over twenty detailed, tried-and-true clauses and provisions that protect you and the owner and help improve cash flow.

Contractor-Subcontractor Agreements

This is the contract document to use when a general contractor and a subcontractor are entering into an agreement for services as part of a larger project. It is different from the the Owner-Contractor Agreement in several important ways. Many insurance policies require these contracts.

Wood Carvings

We also provide scope of work samples, formats for Flat-Fee / Single Price and Cost-Plus / G-Max Price, a Change Order template, and individualized support.
